Protecting your personal data is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), what personal data we process when you visit this website, for what purposes and on what legal basis, and what rights you have.
The controller responsible for the processing of personal data on this website within the meaning of the GDPR is:
neuraforce GmbH

When you access this website, your browser automatically transmits information to our server, which is temporarily stored in so-called server log files. This includes, in particular: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the name and URL of the file accessed, the volume of data transferred, the browser type and operating system used, and the website from which you reached us (referrer). We process this data to ensure a reliable and secure operation of the website and our IT systems. The legal basis is our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1) (f) GDPR. This data is not merged with other data sources, nor is it evaluated for the purpose of identifying individuals.
When you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide – the name you enter, your email address and the content of your message – solely to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. For technical reasons and to prevent abuse, your IP address, your browser identifier (user agent) and your language setting are also transmitted when you submit the form. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the conclusion or performance of a contract, and otherwise our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the data collected to handle your enquiry as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.
This website does not set non-essential cookies without your consent. To remember your decision about optional services (see “Google Analytics”), we store a single technically necessary entry in your browser’s local storage. It contains only your choice (“accepted” or “declined”) and no personal data. The legal basis for this strictly necessary storage is Section 25(2) TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can delete this entry at any time via your browser settings; you will then be asked for your choice again on your next visit.
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics is loaded only after you have given your explicit consent via our cookie notice; without your consent no analysis takes place. We use Google Analytics with IP anonymization (anonymize_ip) enabled, so that your IP address is truncated by Google within the EU/EEA before any transmission. In the course of processing, data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA; this is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Google is certified. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by deleting the local storage entry or the cookies in your browser. For more information on how Google handles user data, see Google’s Privacy Policy.
Where your personal data is processed, you have the following rights under the GDPR:
To exercise your rights, an informal message to the contact details above is sufficient.
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is:
Der Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Werderstraße 74a, 19055 Schwerin, Germany.
This website is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with personal data without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will delete that data without undue delay.
We will update this Privacy Policy whenever changes to our data processing or to the legal framework make it necessary. The current version published on this page always applies.
